Refund policy

We take great care, attention, and time to make sure your gift arrives looking great! Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. 

If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately (best if within 48 hours of delivery) so we have the opportunity to make it right for you!
