SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • How long will my gift take to ship?
When you order from our Curated Collection (Ready-to-Ship and non-bulk), gifts typically ship within 1-3 days. For bulk orders (10 boxes and above), gifts become available 3-4 weeks after the down payment. Semi-customized and customized gifts have a 5-10 days lead time.
  • How does shipping work?

For Metro Manila deliveries, orders will be delivered the same day (courier via Lalamove). For deliveries to provincial locations, please allow 7-15 days of delivery after the dispatch date (courier via Gogo Express). If you need your gifts to arrive on a specific date, kindly email us at sageandivorybox@gmail.com so we can help you. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship nationwide within the Philippines.

  • I'm trying to order multiple boxes shipping to multiple addresses but your website only allows  to enter one address per order. Help!

We hear you! While we try to improve on this, please (1) place a separate order for each recipient, or (2) email us the details of your multiple piece order so we can assist you accordingly.

 PACKAGING AND NOTES

  • What does your packaging looks like?

All our gifts are packaged in either wooden crate boxes or linen rigid boxes, tied with satin ribbon and/or seasonal accents. Please refer to the specific listing as these are mentioned in the details per gift box. If you need to customize packaging, email us at sageandivorybox@gmail.com for the details.

  • Can I include a personal note or message?

Yes, you can! Just write down your note/message under "Order Special Instructions" upon checkout.

  • I have some merch/ gift items that I need to be packaged expertly and need these boxed and ready for gifting, can you help me with this?
Sure, we can! We have a full-scale fulfillment partner service wherein the client either:
(1) provides us all the gift items;
(2) picks items from the vendors we carry and have them customized;
(3) do both by sending us their merch or gift items AND choose/add from the gift items we carry.
We then prepare all of these into ready-to-gift kits for the client. We handle the procurement + customization of all the packaging materials and accessories (gift box, paper fillers, ribbons, etc.), handle the printing of collaterals, design the gift boxes, provide storage of materials and coordinate delivery. BULK AND CORPORATE GIFTING

  • Do you accept large quantities of gifts?

Yes, we do! Email us at sageandivorybox@gmail.com for the specifics of your order and we will assist you. You can also fill up this form and we will get back to you the soonest

  • Do you make custom corporate gifts?

Yes! Just email us or fill up the inquiry form above and we will get back to you.

  • Can you add my logo or branding to your gifts?

Absolutely! There are many options for branded content. Some of the services we offer are custom printed cards and gift tags, branded packaging like engraving on wood boxes, and custom labeling. Please email us at sageandivorybox@gmail.com so we can start discussing!

 CUSTOMIZED GIFTING

  • I like your curated gift boxes but I would want to swap in/out some items, do you allow this?

Yes!! You can semi-customize all our pre-designed gifts to your liking. Email us at sageandivorybox@gmail.com so we can assist you.

  • Do you accept 1 order for customized gifts?
Whether you need just 1 or 100, we will be happy to help you with your gifting needs! Email us and let's talk!
  • Can you make custom-designed gifts for my event?

Absolutely! If you need something specific to match your event theme or need to follow a certain price point, or just want to create a one-of-a-kind gift for your guests, we can definitely help you! Just email us and we'll do the rest!

 PAYMENTS

  • What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept bank deposits/ wire transfers via BDO and BPI banks. We also accept GCash payments and payments via Paypal (subject to additional 5% Paypal fees). Debit/credit card payments + Maya (PayMaya) are also accepted if purchase is made via online store/website.

  • What are your payment terms?

For non-bulk orders, we require full payment upon placement of order. For bulk (10 boxes and above) and corporate orders, we require at least a 50% down payment to start processing your order, and the balance 50% due before delivery.

  • What is your return policy?

We take great care, attention, and time to make sure your gift arrives looking great! If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at sageandivorybox@gmail.com.

  • I represent a product that would make a lovely addition to your gift boxes. How do I get in touch?
